โยเกริต์นี่ย่อยน้ำตาลในนมล้วใช่มั๊ยคร่ะแร้ว โยเกริต์ธรรมชาติข้างขวดเขียนไว้ว่ามีน้ำตาล แบบนี้ย่อยน้ำตาลด้วยรึป่าว รึว่าย่อยแต่น้ำตาลแลคโตอย่างเดียว

น้ำตาลนม (lactose) เป็นน้ำตาลที่มีอยู่ตามธรรมชาติของนม ใช้จุลินทรีย์ย่อยแล้ว นมก็จะเปลี่ยนเป็นโยเกิร์ต ไม่มีน้ำตาล ที่เขียนข้างขวดว่ามีน้ำตาล แสดงว่าเติมน้ำตาลเข้าไปใหม่ครับ จุลินทรีย์ในโยเกิร์ตตายหมดแล้วจากการฆ่าเชื้อด้วยความร้อน ไม่สามารถย่อยน้ำตาลที่เติมลงไปได้ครับ
